As I go to work….
I can see the Blind World around me,
As I travel back home….
The same Blind World exists around me,
Judging everyone around them…
With brains shut and closed eyes.
All this world talks is “I and ME”
All this world walks on, is broken dreams,
Little do they care of the deprived’s screams,
Perhaps this Blind World is Deaf as well?
But then, the same Blind World always mocks at me….
As I tread the path, that should be seen!
Humanity must not die….
At the feet of this Blind World,
So open up your eyes….
Before the worst knocks at your door,
O Blind World, open-up your eyes
The eyes that exist not on your head,
But the very heart that you show-off at Valentine’s!
Remember Shakespeare had said…
“Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind,
And therefore, is winged Cupid painted blind!”
So why not be blind like Cupid?
Oh Blind World, are your listening?
