The Roller Coaster Life

Life O life, you are a roller-coaster ride,

You send me up and down,

I don’t know what next till you come around

Journey is tedious, fast and rough,

But with hope and’ll be good enough,

I won’t scream or shout,

Won’t burn my energy out

Since this ride is a short one,

I will ensure it is full of fun,

Will laugh and enjoy the ride,

Till the end of this short tide.

The up-slide looks simple,

Like a piece of cake,

But the drive isn’t easy,

As we humans tend to mistake.

But I won’t halt at one place,

And deal with that fear,

Else the thrill goes stale,

With nothing left to cheer,

Will forget what scares me,

But will remember what it taught.

Will try never waste a day

In anger or regret,

Will try keep my heart clear,

And real joy will be met.

Life is never hopeless,

However great might be a sorrow,

It will always give me sunshine,

So I will wait for tomorrow.

I will recall all fond memories,

And thank HIM for the Sun,

And bask in the glory,

Of the good deeds I have done.

Will walk the path of Truth,

Even if its seems narrow,

And make my Creator proud

Of everything I do!

My life and My choices

Will be soon replayed,

God calls it Karma,

And good deeds will be paid.

So thank you O Life,

For being a Roller-Coaster Ride!
